Here is an update

Westwood One launches "The Miller Minute," two one-minute programs each weekday featuring comedian, writer, author and talk host Dennis Miller. "The Miller Minute" debuted Monday on more than 60 stations nationwide, including WMAL-AM/Washington DC, WLS-AM/Chicago and KLFE-AM/Seattle. This marks Miller's return to radio. He previously hosted a weekday talk show on the network for eight years.
Miller rose to fame as a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" and hosted talk shows on HBO, CNBC, and in syndication. He is well known for his iconic rants and pop culture references, delivered in his signature sharp verbal style.

"Dennis Miller is a multi-talented, multimedia comic icon and we are thrilled to have him back on Westwood One," said Westwood One Executive VP/News & Talk Bart Tessler. "Even with all his success, The Miller Minute may be the best format yet for Dennis to entertain and inform listeners with his humor and idiosyncratic style. He can't wait to re-engage with his radio audience, affiliates, and advertisers."

I'll listen for it, haven't found it yet.

He was foolish to try to move his show to Noon. He had a good mid-morning niche. When he tried to move to Noon he lost ratings and affiliates and his show went away. Perhaps this might lead to him having a show again.

In my view, he's what talk radio should be. Sure he has a point of view, but he delivers it in a funny & clever way. Very few of the big names do that any more.
