Regular Guys Reincarnation Already Over

Rodney Ho reported on Friday that the weak-signaled combo of 1230 AM and 106.3 FM has canceled the latest version of The Regular Guys, helmed by Larry Wachs, after 4 months. Fan owner David Dickey said he wants the station to focus on sports.

Larry's partner on the show, Bob Whitfield, had been dropped after just 2 months.
 
Eric always wanted to do political talk, and when the word came down to get rid of it in TRG Eric felt out of place and that was the beginning of the end for him in TRG.

IMNSHO Eric is a better replacement for Boortz than Herman Cain ever was. Eric is more of a libertarian than Herman.

It would not be in Eric's best interest to bring Larry on to his show.

I totally agree.
 
But Eric was never, in my mind, regained any credibility, after he attacked Trump and vowed to "never" use Trump's name on the air again.
