No, couldn't get KWMT last night, but still heard a new one. One more to 750 logs!

780 - KCEG Fountain, CO; classic country music in and out with KKOH at 0100 PT TOH, faded down to poor at 0102 11/19 with partial ID 'listening to KCEG...', a mention of Colorado Springs and possible 'Ranch' mention along with some FM frequency. But at least I finally got the calls! NEW #749, 720W (night) at 982 miles. Well-wanted, finally off the list.
Grundig G5, 3-ft loop.

Indeed, it's the Ranch KCEG on 780 here in the Springs, the FM translator is a recent addition. If similar paths persist tonight, you might get KCEG's sister station, KJME "890 Yesterday" diplexed on the same 6 tower array as KCEG.

Audio on 890 has been nothing short of horrible lately. So if you hear distorted John, Paul, George and or Ringo by themselves or as the Beatles, you've logged 890 Yesterday.

KDXU usually blocks anything else beaming SE on 890 khz. I'd also love to hear KCSJ-590, but they are blocked that way by KSUB and KID-AM.
