What ideas, hints, tips, pointers might get Satellite Radio users better customers services for concerns about their subscriptions to Satellite Radio?... for example a) With great patience and persistence repeatedly ask the Call Center Agent for the Supervisor. Then with great patience and persistence repeatedly ask the Supervisor for the Manager.
