I see listings for WCRN-LP on zap2it.com as operating on channel 31. Does anyone receive this station and where is it located?

The real channel is 25. Per rabbitears.info, they broadcast mainly southeast from Webster, MA toward Rhode Island. I can see there is some signal present where I am located, slightly south of the Needham towers, but it is too weak to produce a picture.
