Jeff Federman new Entercom market manager for LA Market

Jeff used to run CBS radio cluster back in 2004-08. He is now back running it again once the merger is complete for Entercom . How well did he do back in 04 to 08?
And how well do you think he will do once the sale is completed? Do you think a format might get flipped? Just asking.
 
BigA or David E my understanding is that CBS radio for the last couple years has been letting stations run blind without any auditorium testing being done, that according to Entercom
That may explain the poor ratings on KROQ. Do you think Jeff will bring that back if that is the case for the last couple years? That being testing?
