MSI FMMM-2 Mod Monitor Manual Needed

An Ebay seller is selling some of the old MSI FMMM-2 modulation monitors. I'd like to get one to play around, but the seller doesn't have a manual. Does anyone have a service/user manual for this unit? Be happy to pay you for the trouble. (MSI has been closed for some time, so no manuals available).

Ditto, because a bunch more of these have just showed up on eBay at fire sale prices. I looked through archive.org's records of Modulation Sciences' web site but unfortunately they did not archive the FMMM-2's manual.

Also it would be nice to have a copy of the RS-232C remote control software for it, if anybody saved it. It was originally a DOS program and then in 2003 they released a Windows program for it.
