Is it still set up that the local announcers can only be heard on the flagship stations (KLAC and KBME) and the network gets the ESPN feed?

I ma pretty sure that is the way how it is working that the local announcers are calling the game for their radio stations and ESPN Radio is having their main national radio team working

I suspect the local market broadcasts are covered under the agreement the team(s) have with their carriers. The ESPN broadcast isn't available in a lot of markets. ESPN should've made a deal with Westwood One to cover those markets.
