WSTW 93.7 music oddity?

Was driving to Rowan today, and just happened to tune past WSTW, and they were playing "Self-Esteem" by The Offspring. I had no idea they'd play something that hard rock (ish) considering they usually play the normal AC/ top 40 fare. Any managerial changes at WSTW lately?

Was it during the noon/lunch hour? They're known for spiking in some fun stuff during the All-Request lunch hour.

(Plus, that song was big when their target demo was in high school/college... so it's not completely off the wall)

FWIW, WSTW has always sprinkled in Alternative tracks. That track is very safe and crosses over to stations like BEN.

I heard AC/DC on WJRZ this evening, now that seems a bit out of format.

Not really, as they're playing GNR and Def Leppard too.
