Is the hawk gone

I usually can pick up the hawk in CC, if I move my antenna a certain way to block out WEMG, the last week the hawk was non-existent. Today, at my friends house out in Medford, where the hawk has a great signal WEMG was blasting in, no sign of the hawk, what gives, are they gone.
