As I was reading through the daily logs from the FCC I saw this about a station owned by Classic Broadcasting in Gallatin, Tn that was denied a CP for a translator;

Auction 99 Form 349 tech box application dismissed 9/28/2017 pursuant
to DA 17-533. Applicant was delinquent on non-tax debt owed to the
Commission as of August 2, 2017, and therefore not eligible to participate
in this filing window. See DA 17-533, paragraph 26 and FCC 00-274,
paragraph 24 and n. 142. No letter sent.


I wonder if the FCC will let them pay what id due and get their CP.
