Realization of Music Used on "World News Now" (national TV news program)

I had wondered whether this piece of music (a personal favorite of mine) was used for other purposes before the time it was used for the parts of the program about certain news report attributed to various newspapers (they usually had audio of its announcer at the time (William (Bill) Rice) saying, " 'World News Now' delivers your morning papers") before learning earlier this month that it was used for a national radio programming service* connected to the national TV programming service for the program (ABC (the American Broadcasting Company) Television) several years ago.

Here is a hyperlink to a recording of the music.

(*the name of the radio programming service was American Contemporary Radio)

The American Contemporary Network, like the American Information Network, the American FM Radio Network and the American Entertainment Radio Network were services of ABC Radio News.
The Networks all used the same telco delivery system. Each one delivered it's news at a different point in the hour.
