Matt McAllister: Welcome to Seattle

Rob, this guy has been around for a few years, I'm sure he's heard that before, and maybe even takes that advice. With that being said, does it make sense financially to rent in a market like this?

Do you think anybody in radio today can afford buying where the median cost of a house is around $700,000?

Ok, I just reread my post from earlier and realized that my last question may not have been necisary to get my point across, and may have even weakened my point. The point I was trying to make was that comings and goings happen all the time in this industry, and McAllister has been around a while, so assuming he can afford a place here, he should know whether to rent or buy.
