The LPFM on 101.1 is now testing, tracking CD's. Loud signal in the U District. They aren't identifying, because, after all, who needs to follow the rules once you have your transmitter up and running?
Eclectic choices from Spanish to Little Richard to singer-songwriter material. May be interesting when real programming begins.
