WTSP Channel 10 OTA signal

Since around Labor Day, I have not been getting an OTA signal for WTSP; is it just my antenna or location?; I have also noticed that 10.2 and 10.3 have not been on Spectrum in Hernando county for the last several days as well.

I can understand that since hurricane Irma, that maybe they've been on reduced power or maybe even off the air, but I've seen no announcement or mention of this.

I was not in SP during Irma, but returned today and rescanned several times and I scan 49 channels, but WTSP is MIA.
