KQ95?

I stumbled upon this station via TuneIn:

https://tunein.com/radio/KQ-95-1029-s101940/

It's listed as "KQ95," a spanish station on 95.3 and 102.9-HD3. A quick spin of the dial in my car showed that 95.3 W237EH is rebroadcasting 740 WVCH, and 102.9 HD3 doesn't exist. I streamed for a few minutes and heard a live voice (of course who knows if it was live, or recorded).

With the shuffling of El Zol and the previous "Super Q/Supra" among translators, I'm wondering where exactly this originates from? Any insight?

They were on WMGK HD3 when they were operating from the Cherry Hill hotel, then they went silent and the HD3 was gone. There were a few other Spanish simulcasts that popped up on 95.3 including the merry go round WHAT, but now I think WVCH found a permanent home on 95.3.
