Looks like KVPI & KNEK will have some overlap on 93.3 Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can advise on if these stations easily apply for a new frequency after the initial review?

I'm supprised Truck filed for KANE and not one for KLEB. As for KNEK I thought it was simulcasting it's sister KNEK-FM 104.7.

I see the WLNO application was dismissed.

FCC Quote-

"CP New Station.

Auction 99 Form 349 tech box application dismissed 8/8/2017 pursuant to FCC 15-142 and DA 17-533. Application proposes to rebroadcast AM Class B station WLNO, and was not eligible to file in this auction filing window. See FCC 15-142, paragraph 17; DA 17-533, paragraph 5; Attachment A, paragraph 8. No letter sent. "

They are currently licensed as a class B but they have a cp or application to downgrade to class c but think since it's not some, it was no dice. And think KLEB is a class B am. But yeah I'm waiting to see if he will try for one to bring swamp pop back to the locals in South Lafourche on fm.

If I had to guess, I think the non interfering ones probably by either year end or March. Others will be longer.. but may have a response window so issues can be brought up (such as frequency overlap)

Me too. I think Truck should file for a "AM on FM" translator for KLEB. But what FM frequency would be a good place? I'm thinking 93.7 FM!
