Entercon to get 45% of DGital Media

I'm reminded of Cumulus buying a stake in RDio just as it was going bankrupt. This is perhaps the least successful podcast company.

But really, Entercom now owns CBS Interactive. They don't need to own another company to do podcasts. They have all the tools under their own nose.

An absolute waste of money.
