Skype for Business VoIP Compatibility with JK Audio or Comrex Interfaces

Anyone using Skype for Business VoIP and using either the JK Audio AutoHybrid IP2 or Comrex VH2 to get phone audio i/o? Both units are compatible with SIP VoIP, but my network engineer is telling me that Skype for Business has some SIP configuration issues that have rendered some of his devices useless.
