How do you connect a Sparc SHD-T750 radio to a Tivoli radio?

I doubt very much you could connect the Sparc radio to a Tivoli unless it has preamp audio out jacks and the Tivoli has audio in, the only stereo radio is the Tivoli Music System BT and it's expensive, maybe someone here knows those radios better than I do can help you more, i know next to nothing to tell you the truth about any of them. But I do know that radio manufacturers have been loath to include any unnecessary little doo dad in a radio like audio jacks if it costs one cent or more.
