Billboard's archieved charts redirects to it's current chart

I want to find out what other songs made it on the Hot 100 from a few years ago, besides the #1 song of that week. However, there's one problem. Whenever I click on an archived chart's link, it redirects me to Billboard's current chart this week! Is this a bug or something that Billboard didn't notice?

Mostly complete Billboard collection from 1936 to 2011 http://www.americanradiohistory.com/Billboard-Magazine.htm

(Pretty much all complete from 1950 to 2011)
