Really HOT 96.9?

I've been listening to HOT 96.9 online off and on since the station launched. One of the songs they play is "The Way I Am" by Eminem. One of the lyrics includes the words "when a dude's getting bullied and shoots up his school." All of a sudden the words "shoots up his school" is edited out of the song. I'm almost positive this is a recent change. Does this edit have something to do with the new ownership of the station?

Or just common sense?

Why the "really"? People edit songs all the time, the record company provides clean version, etc., etc.
