Just caught wind of it yesterday. It's AFR Talk at 92.7 FM. This relay is being fed by WMRK's HD 2 channel.

Also of note, i noticed early sunday afternoon 102.7FM was broadcasting Spanish music, not sure if that is something new or if Roscoe sold airtime on sundays for Spanish Programming.
