I do not know if this is a new entity or if I just happened to discover it now,
but I heard it mentioned on a local college radio station this evening and raced to their website ASAP when was able to.
Here is a list of the participating stations, listed by state.
The only listed station in my area is the one that alerted me, though we have several others.
Some are full power FM, some are carrier currennt AM, and some are online only.
