I'm getting married this spring and will be using my computer for a friend to DJ at the reception. Does anyone have any suggestions for DJ software for Mac?
I use Virtual DJ. Not sure to what extent you'll use it. Do you have a mixing pad or will you just do it straight off the laptop? VDJ has a free version for "bedroom DJs". To hook up a mix pad you'll have to pay for a license. Here's a link: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/index.html
Even though I'm on a PC, and have used Virtual DJ for my DJ business for years, it's a solid program. I've seen DJ's with Mac's on the Virtual DJ forums use the program.
