A house like that with Seattle property values just ain't for radio people. But I feel the pain. There's gotta be some place for radio people to live that's affordable and doesn't have roaches or crackheads living next door....

The house does have a nice view of Quartermaster Harbor, including radio towers. Hope they put in a back-up generator. I'm off to play Ferry boat Lotto.

The best part is that Vashon Island is out of the Sound Transit Taxing area.

Looks like a nice place outside, but that entryway? After about one week I'd want to slit my wrists! Too much acid droppage in her youth...

Wait... Are you saying power goes out on Vashon Steve? I've never heard of such a thing. ;>)
