Not sure why WOGL uses a Disney non-hit version of "Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah" instead of the Bobby B Soxx, which was a hit in late 1962. There's also "Zip Zip" by the Diamonds and "Zorba the Greek" by Herb Alpert.

How did they alphabetize things there? Did they drop the articles? No.

Try their website, hit the "playlist" tab on top and go back to 5/23, the first day they began I believe, about 530am and go from there, daily. I haven't found an official list yet.
The only list I've found so far is the one from WCBS and their Top 500 for 2016.

Actually, they use the Dewey decimal system for most books (non-fiction that is) and alphabetical for author's last names. Never heard of "The Stephen King" or "A Danielle Steele".

Dewey Decimal System is irrelevant. Is it Dickens, Charles "A Tale of Two Cities" or Dickens, Charles "Tale of Two Cities, A"?

So, just to start hearing the A's (in an A to Z special) you'd have to wait two to three hours.
"(You're) Having My Baby", should be alphabetized in the Y's or the H's, "A Beautiful Morning", in the B's and "9 to 5" in the N's.

Author's last name (Dickens), then first (Charles), then title (Tale of Two Cities), but I suppose other libraries will stick the A in front of the title. Can go either way.

So many of those songs are...dated. A 2016 list would look much different than 2010.

The following year, WDRC-FM switched to a 1970s A to Z. Two years later, the feature was eliminated in favor of a top-of-the-hour double play by a top artist of the '70s. Then the station was sold and flipped to rock-leaning classic hits and, finally, to classic rock, which it is today.
