Just when you thought Michael Bolton couldn't get any worse

"When a Man Loves Another Man".

That's from 'Two and a Half Men". Michael was on before when Walden proposed to a woman. Now he's marrying Alan so he can adopt a child. Don't ask.

Bolton needs the money......Two and a Half Men was funny when Sheen was on it...when he was released from the show, it started heading downhill....Jon Cryer plays Alan as a dumbass too well......and makes me wonder if the character will come out as gay by the end of the show this final season....

Even Angus Jones got disgusted with the show (considering how much money the kid was making)...though I am sure the church he was drawn into had a hand in that...next they will get him to give most of his fortune to them....(surprised Scientology didnt go for him first!)

Michael Bolton has great comedic timing. Not everyone likes him, but if he were to shoot for a second career working in sitcoms or a sketch comedy show, he'd do pretty well. He's not good enough yet to transcend a bad script, but put him in a vehicle with good writing and he'd shine.

I bought an upscale motorcycle from a guy a few years ago and it came with its own mp3 player - filled with Michael Bolton music. I listened to some of it on my long ride home and thought my ears might be bleeding inside my helmet. It was the most god-awful smoozy mess I have ever heard made by someone who, if he has actual talent, wasn't apparent on this particular album.

I still love and appreciate the music of Perry Como, Nat King Cole, Earl Grant, John Denver and most of all, Dean Martin. I cannot imagine why people would choose to listen to Bolton's wailing when there are so many other great vocalists available.

As for "Two and A Half Men", it died big time after Season 6 (Sheen's leaving) but not totally because of Charlie's absence. Rather, for some odd reason, the writers/producers saw fit to exclude the excellent supporting cast they had created in the previous five seasons. In addition to the replacement of Charlie by the atrociously untalented Kutcher, killed what once was a great sitcom.

True...but its hard to tell who is worth more now....Sheen or Kutcher......Damn Kutcher knocked up Mila Kunis and now they have a kid and are getting married...I understand he is tech savvy and has invested in a lot of tech companies which brings him more income than his acting career (which is good)....

Next week's show has "Walden" saying to someone "Charlie SHEEN doesnt live here anymore"....which I thought was a poor diss on the main character of the show who made it what it was in its heyday.....Sheen needs some serious help (surprised Dad Martin has not had Charles/Carlos committed at times!).....but as long as he can have porn star girlfriends (more than 1 at the same time!) and keep having TV shows (Anger Management on FX is turning into an offshoot of 2 and 1/2 Men...wild NSA sex and booze...yet Charlie has an ex wife and daughter and a small ranch house in the Valley!...talk about a turn down from the Malibu place!), I guess Sheen could give a flip.....(though there have been problems on the AM show....his costar left due to issues, Sheen has been late or missing on filming days, and if you listen, you can hear obvious vocal problems...which may be why he has not shown up....my oldest brother has had vocal problems where his voice started to disappear....and had to go to a doctor in Chicago to have injections into his vocal cords once a month!!!...My own voice has gotten "gravely or nasally" lately and that concerns me a bit....especially with no insurance right now!)...

Personally, I am glad to see Two and A Half Men going off......it should have left the show a few seasons back.....when it was no longer 2.5 MEN....and became 2 idiots and a lesbian....

Have u seen him lately (much less heard him)???? swoon all you want.....Paul McCartney still sounds better than Bolton any day

And, by the way, I also swoon over men my own age, such as David Cook and Chris Daughtry! :)

I'm a month away from my 70th birthday. Jealousy left my toolkit a very long time ago.

And maybe it is only true for guys but when I rate a singer it is their voice I am listening to, not the size of their cod piece. Bolton has a cold weather problem.

Got a bunch of classical pop singers I swoon over: Josh Groban, Il Divo, Mark Masri, Mario Frangoulis, Chris Mann, Nathan Pacheco, The Canadian Tenors! :)

But, seriously, I love a wide variety of different styles of voices and Bolton's has always ranked amongst my favorites.

One singer whose voice I can't stand though is Chad Kroeger, the lead singer for the rock band, Nickelback.

Still batting 1000 on failure to recognize a single name mentioned. We obviously have very different tastes.

Obviously so. I listen to pop, rock (mostly soft, some medium), country, R&B/soul, standards, classical crossover, some contemporary Christian, some easy listening/New Age instrumentals, and Broadway singers who have gone pop/easy listening. Most of my music interests is from the 1950s-1990s. Radio format I seek out to listen to is Soft Adult Contemporary.

Well, then we are closer than I thought. With the exception of some Big Band (pre-1950) my library consists of pop, rock and some Country from about 1955-1984. Some New Age after 1990.

From the 2000s, my music mostly consists of performers from the TV singing competition shows American Idol, X-Factor, America's Got Talent, and Britain's Got Talent, many of whom have had hits on the Adult Contemporary charts.
