Many hungry children in southeast Michigan will have full bellies, thanks to the 104.3 WOMC’s Radiothon, held Wednesday for Gleaners Community Food Bank. $1,522,527 was raised during the 14-hour WOMC event.

WOMC did a fine job with this. Both WJR and WWJ in the same market hold radiothon's for other charities, WJR's being the Salvation Army's Bed and Bread Club. Great examples of radio giving to the community.
