At random time, KDYA been on at night..Last night, The transmitter was on, But dead air..

Even here in West Sacramento, I had a hard time hearing KEX, it was after 12am

Why do you care? KEX carries George Noory, which you could be hearing on any number of stations; there is no need to listen to it on KEX.
