Contests For Internet Radio Stations

I'm not certain if I'm looking into the right sources, but I have often found it difficult to launch contests on my station because I don't know where to go. I've tried local businesses and online, but some of the prize websites often require some sort of payment on my part.

Do you have any suggestions on programs where you can score free stuff for contests and/or involves a small cost? (Keep in mind that I don't have much of a budget to work with.)

I really appreciate the help!
