I've been a long distance listener and follower since I purchased a 1984 air-check of the Big 610, around '87. The reality is, there's a big talent pool out there and (maybe) 3 or 4 ON-AIR vacancies in addition to Dave Sholin's appointment. Some simply won't cut it, others would not be interested at any price and the balance will be part of a very competitive race, with placings to be determined by those charged at CBS.
I believe the margin between those who get the nod and those who miss the cut will be 'Slim'. Come to think of it, she would fit the format perfectly !
