Pledge time on PBS usually occurs late February to late March. This past March, I was watching Clifford The Big Red Dog and they cut out Emily's story and kids dog segments to fill pledge time in the 30 minute window. They only broadcasted one 11 minute story of Arthur to make up for the time lost due to 35 minute programs.
