Press Release from the RAB...

Jeffrey M. Haley selected President and CEO of the Radio Advertising Bureau

RAB names Time Warner SVP Global Marketing after Extensive Search
New York, New York – September 1, 2006 – Jeff Haley, Senior Vice
President, Global Marketing for Time Warner has been selected as
the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Radio
Advertising Bureau (RAB) it was announced today by Joseph M.
Bilotta, Chairman of the RAB Board and Search Committee and Chief
Operating Officer of Buckley Radio.

Haley, 45, will assume the RAB leadership post on September 18th.
His selection comes after an extensive executive search process
executed by the RAB Search Committee with the assistance of
Spencer Stuart. Mr. Haley will succeed current RAB President, Gary Fries in a planned
transition following Mr. Fries announcement that he would step down this year. Mr. Fries
will remain a consultant to the RAB through a brief transition period.
Haley’s selection comes with the endorsement of the RAB Board, which includes some
of the largest radio broadcasters in the US. http://rab.com/

According to Bilotta, “Jeff is an extremely strong match with the selection criteria outlined
by the RAB. He brings a long and impressive track record in sales and sales
management within the media industry. In addition, Jeff also brings a clear
understanding of, and expertise in, multiple media platforms – including digital media
that is critical to the RAB role. And having managed across a large and highly complex
media company with a multitude of key influencers, Jeff has demonstrated a strong
capacity for working with different constituencies with sometime competing agendas.
Haley commented, “The Radio Advertising Bureau is a dynamic organization with a
strong team in place. I'm looking forward to joining them in their efforts. Radio like all
media faces great opportunities from new technology and shifting consumer habits.
I'm confident the RAB will play an important role helping its member stations and their
advertisers succeed in this changing environment.”

Most recently at Time Warner, Haley managed a team of sales, account and creative
services staff and was responsible for creating and marketing advertising based
programs (built using the media assets of AOL, Time Inc. Turner, Time Warner Cable,
Warner Brothers Entertainment, HBO and New Line Cinema) to some of the largest
advertisers in the U.S.

Haley was initially recruited to Time Inc. to be part of the launch team for Entertainment
Weekly, perhaps the most successful new magazine launch of the last 20 years. He also
served as Sales Development Manager for Time Inc. and Midwest Marketing Manager,
both corporate roles designed to package the company’s products in multi-title buys to
its largest clients. In 1992, Jeff joined Time Warner’s Six Flags Theme Parks as Vice
President of Sponsorships responsible for sales and promotions. He later worked at AOL
in a business development role before joining the Global Marketing group in 2001.
Haley has a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of the Holy Cross. He and his
family reside in Southport, Connecticut

The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) is the sales and marketing arm of the radio
industry with nearly 7,000 members, including almost 6,000 stations in the U.S. and over
1,000 associate members in networks, representative firms, sales and international
organizations.
