Rudolph the Beatle riff incorporation

Earlier on R-I, I mentioned Ringo Starr's rendition of "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer". Well, on my office's Muzak speaker this same Xmas season, I often hear an instrumental rendition of "Rudolph" built around the riff from the Fab 4's "I Feel Fine" (a #1 hit at Christmastime 1964, appropriately. Who did that rendition?
