Your favorite audio editor not named Adobe Audition or Audacity

When it comes to audio editors, the two programs I hear mentioned 99 percent of the time are Adobe Audition and Audacity. But what other reliable programs are out there? Can anyone discuss some others they've used and like or dislike?

Cockos REAPER. Don't particularly care for the VSTs that it comes with, but there are some decent third-party freeware VSTs that work great with REAPER.

On a budget, GoldWave is pretty solid, as an editor. Also Sound Forge. Are we talking specifically about editors? Or full-blown DAWs?

I've been using Pro Tools longer than I care to admit. Just upgraded to PT 10 with a new Mbox Pro 3 and couldn't be happier.

For full-blown DAWs, Pro Tools is always my second choice (behind Audition). Audition is my main DAW, but I'm also running a PTHD 10 rig for working with other studios.
