XM streaming player complaining about inactivity.

Hi guys. does anyone else here have a problem when streaming XM radio where the player will say that due to inactivity, you'll have to log out and log back in? The troubleshooting page says to enable cookies, but my cookies are already enabled. Any idea why this is happening? Sometimes it happens within the first five minutes of streaming and other times it'll happen after a couple of hours.

I thought it automatically disconnects at two hours?

XM Online times out all users after 1 hour of inactivity. You may circumvent that by downloading XStreamXM.

What does Xm ONline consider inactivity? if I'm listening to the stream, shouldn't that be considered activity? Afterall, data is being streamed from their servers to my computer so something is obviously happening. Either way, I did install Xstreamxm. Other than the slight inconvenience of having to install MS Net framework first, it works quite nicely. Thanks.

When I ran the installer, it told me I had to install MS Net Framework first. In fact, it asked me if I wanted to install MS Net Framework, I clicked yes and it took me right to the download screen for the installer for Net framework. After I installed Net Framework, I ran the installer for XStreamXM again and it worked just fine. quite a nice program actually.
