Great hearing a Classic Hits station that is based in the 70s. Congrats to WVRC for returning a gold based station to WXDC. Will be interesting to see if this station can take a run at the Eagle. Been listening for the past hour. They do play a few 80s songs an hour which sound good.
 
Eagle seems more like a Frederick focused station that happens to have a good signal in Hagerstown (like WFRE). VerStandig's WIKG "92.1 The Goat" is more the Hagerstown classic hits station.
 
Giving WIKG "92.1 The Goat" a listen, it's a curious balance with 60's-80's music. Somehow trying to compete in Hagerstown with classics WQCM/WWEG, and also oldies WCHA/WJEJ. A fun diverse playlist for this listener, but the ratings reflect different.
