Yesterday (Sunday) I noticed, a little before sunrise, 820 was just a big, phat carrier with a bit of a 60-cycle hum leaking in. For fun, I fired up the Hammarlund HQ-180A and let the glorious audio float through the house. It wasn't until near 11:30 that the audio was brought back. Not sure what happened. Ah, Sundays.

Also, it seems like 1380 WWMI Dizzy never turns off their IBLOC (or at least it's on well before what should be any PSA, if there's any).
