WQKA 92.9 Pulteney, NY - Keuka Lake

Just curious if anyone knows about this station, WQKA 92.9 in the Keuka Lake area. Would love to learn the format, if you hear weather and local announcements and if you are hearing a good deal of underwriting. From what little I can gather, the LPFM station is operated by a radio pro. As they have a Facebook page, they have frequent and meaningful posts on weather forecasts and community activities. I'm assuming they are doing hyper-local radio with a music format that appeals to the bulk of the population in this recreation and wine oriented area.
