Which Advertisers Are Buying Small Market Radio

Maybe this is a good place to share leads. I am trying to find out which national advertisers are buying small market radio direct from the local sales departments at stations and what agencies are they using? As an example, I see lots of accounts like Sonic Drive Inns and Dillard's Dept Stores that could be good prospects. McDonald's and Wendy's money seems to be controlled by the local franchisee's. One good lead I can share is Purity Products out of New York. They buy radio long form infomercials and have several products they buy. All are 1/2 hour programs. I understand about approaching the local decision makers but wonder about the national and regional accounts that I can pursue that come from ad agencies outside my area.
