What's with KISQ 98.1?

I listened in last night, and the over the air FM signal sounded like it was being fed from the internet stream, so it had all the digital artifacts that are typical of those. It didn't sound like a good quality FM.

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I imagining things?

EDIT: I just tuned in again, and it still sounds bad.

Just tuned in, it sounds like a station without HD. But even KEZR-FM (106.5) sounds better, and it doesn’t run any HD/digital either, right?
