What the heck is this?

I had WJMK "104-3 Jack FM" Chicago on and heard this WIERD version of Turn Up The Radio (Autograph)

I haven't laugned so much over something I heard on the radio in a long time. Anybody have any idea what version this is?
stoneage.yes.com did not pick it up at all.

At first, I thought it might have been a track off Paul Anka's new cover album, but the song isn't listed there. That's been getting some run on many stations including the Stern show this morning.

I'll see if I can come up with an answer later, but it ain't the Ank-man, if anyone is wondering...<P ID="signature">______________
