WGPA New Morning Talk Show

This morning around 7:45 I caught the last 15 min of a new talk show on WGPA. I think it is local and not a syndicated show. Does anyone know anything about it?
 
What I find interesting is that you're not really sure if it's local or not. I'm going to guess then, that it's not. There should be enough local mentions, off-handed remarks, weather blurb, call letters, etc. to know.
