This morning Dick was on vacation and his replacement sounded like a professional jock from a big city AC station. If the DOVE played the same music, but was live with all the part timers floating around, it would be an awesome station. Why couldn't Marti Ryan or Joel Slater be full time on the DOVE ? Why have jocks on WHPT with basement ratings and nobody on your top rater? Imagine how exciting it would be to hear the weather at 3AM on the DOVE.WTVR in Richmond is a gold based AC with a slate of strong personalities and it is always the top rater. But its not owned by COX.

Any thoughts if any thoughts about COX are left.
