WCCO Playing Politics With New Governor's Show?

One blogger seems to think so, pointing out that after years of giving previous Governor Tim Pawlenty (Republican) the 9 AM hour on Fridays, newly-elected Governor Mark Dayton (Democrat/Farmer/Labor) was offered by WCCO the desirable timeslot of Saturdays at 7 AM:

In fact, WCCO responded to the blogger by pointing out that such a slot on the weekend, where President Obama has his weekly radio address, is a good fit for the Governor's show, and is not meant to be a "diss" at him:
