VCY America will get KREV San Francisco, KRCK-FM Palm Springs and KFRH Las Vegas as a result of a court order issued on Ed Stoltz.

VCY America will acquire Golden State Broadcasting CHR “Rev 92.7” KREV Alameda/San Francisco, Major Market Radio LLC’s 97.7 KRCK-FM Mecca/Palm Springs, and Silver State Broadcasting’s “104.3 Now” KFRH North Las Vegas for $6 million. San Francisco and Las Vegas will become two of the larger markets that the Milwaukee based VCY America’s Christian Preaching network is heard in along with Phoenix.
