"Totally Adult Music" in Ohio

On August 3, WMVR-FM in Sidney dropped its identity as hot adult contemporary "Hits 105.5" and switched to adult hits as "TAM FM" which means "Totally Adult Music." The station's website gives this "recipe" for the format: "A pinch of today's hits, a smidge of the hot hits of the 2000s, a few tablespoons of the alternative '90s, a couple of tablespoons of the rockin' '80s and a dash of the most remembered '70s." Yeah, that's certainly a lot simpler than saying "adult hits." Sheesh! A bit of trivia: WMVR-AM went on the air on November 21, 1963, one day before president John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas.

Uuuuhhhhhh.........OK. Not sure what the point is of an image change. TAM-FM? What the hell does that mean (I know what the site says but....seriously?)

I wrote the name as "Totally Adult Music." WMVR actually writes it as "Totally. Adult. Music." Those extra periods look really hip and edgy, don't they?
