The Michael Groff Show

The greatest broadcaster in the history of man kind--unfortunately he's not available so you get Michael Groff!

Seriously though, the Michael Groff Show is looking for affiliates. The show can be carried live at 7 PM CST, or you can air high-quality archive episodes.

We can't really describe what the show is, the best way to find out is to tune in!

To listen in to a recent episode check out the on-demand archives here: www.allcomedy.net/ondemand

If you are interested in becoming an affiliate, simply e-mail [email protected].

We have very simple requirements:

- Minimum 50 listeners at showtime

- You must carry the whole show

thanks for reading!

How often does this show air, daily weekly? What is the length of this show? How is it distributed; Internet, Satellite?

Thanks

Also did I mention the show is FTA (FREE to air)?

There are two breaks, one 2 minute and a 3 minute where PSAs are played and affiliates can break away for local spots.

Monday through Friday. Approximately 1 1/2 hours (sometimes goes for two) and is distributed through internet.

That's where the problem is with some shows: Approximately 1 1/2 hours (sometimes goes for two)

How you gonna schedule this in an automation?

You don't, almost all live shows are board-opped and in this case all of our affiliates who carry it live do so as well. We do offer a tape delay feed cut into three segments that can be automatically downloaded shortly after showtime.

And if the show length is a problem we will change to meet specs for terrestrial stations, meaning a two hour show.

Well, shows should always be full hours. If it's one, two or three hours, doen't matter as long it's an full hour. Yes, there are 30 minutes shows and they are acceptable. However, 90 minute shows are hard to fit in. We syndicate shows on satellite and a 90 minute format is hard to fit.
