I noticed to what your talking about. I do know most of the programs are voiced tracked especially on the weekends.
The library is very good as they play certain soul songs your not going to here on any other commercial soul station. But they need to pick up the announcer tempo a bit. The announcing sounds bland. The woman on there more or less belongs on the Quiet Storm.
They need to get that channel to sound like WBLS,KGFJ,WOL, etc. as a soul station sounded like in the 70's. I noticed the cut outs and they make the station sound bland.
